Creativity

"The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect but by the play instinct acting from inner necessity. The creative mind plays with the objects it loves." Carl Jung (1875 - 1961)

Creativity is an important and necessary part of your life. Unfulfilled creativity can lead to dis-ease, depression, illness and addictions. Creative expression needs a balance of play and intellect. Play brings to birth and intellect builds the structure to hold and form what has been created.

You can live fully and passionately by discovering what you are passionate about and giving yourself permission to follow it, whatever it is. This means cutting through the confusion of other people's ambitions and expectations and finding what is right for you. It may mean letting go of the false pride you have used to protect your authentic self. This helps you to find your true self and express your authenticity.

When you are living creatively, passionately and authentically, you will be happy with yourself. When you are happy with yourself, your relationships will be healthy and functional.
